Saga Consultoria e Serviços de Engenharia Ltda. (SAGA or DMT-Br) is a company of the DMT Group. DMT-Br’s management is fully committed to impartiality in management system certification activities, and we understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out these activities. DMT-Br manages conflicts of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification activities. DMT-Br has a methodology to identify, analyze, and document potential conflicts of interest arising from the granting of certification, including any conflicts arising from its relationships. Having relationships does not necessarily mean that DMT-Br has a conflict of interest; however, if any relationship creates a threat to impartiality, DMT-Br will document it and be able to demonstrate how it eliminates or minimizes such threats. This information must be made available to all committees specified in section 6.2 of NBR ISO/IEC 17021:2016 (E). The demonstration must cover all potential sources of conflict of interest that are identified, whether arising from within DMT-Br or from the activities of other persons, bodies, or organizations.
NOTE: DMT-Br will not tolerate any relationship that threatens the impartiality of DMT-Br’s certification decisions based on ownership, governance, management, personnel, shared resources, finances, contracts, marketing, or the payment of a sales commission or other incentive for referring new clients, etc. When or if a relationship poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality (such as a wholly-owned subsidiary), certification shall not be granted.

In accordance with the Data Protection Law (LGPD), CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS, Article 6, item IV—you have the unrestricted right to request information about your personal data stored in our system free of charge.
Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with written notification regarding whether and which of your personal data has been stored. If possible, we will take appropriate measures to update or correct the data stored in our system as soon as possible. In such cases, please contact our data protection officer.

DMT-Br implements technical and organizational security measures in accordance with CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS, Article 6, item VII of the LGPD to protect the data we manage against manipulation, loss, or inadvertent or deliberate destruction, as well as against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological advancements.
Transfer to Third Parties
The processing and use of your personal data for the purposes of consultation, advertising, and market research require your express consent. Your data will not be sold, rented, or otherwise made available to third parties. Personal data is only forwarded to state agencies and authorities within the scope of mandatory national legal provisions.
Use of Cookies
